Letting Only Service
- Visiting you at your property, and providing a rental valuation and any other advice which you may require about letting your property.
- Advising you on compliance with the various safety regulations.
- All Marketing and Advertising of the property.
- Accompanying tenant applicants to view the property.
- Full referencing and credit checks on all Tenants and Guarantors.
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreement.
- Collection of the initial rent and deposit only.
Optional: Preparing an inventory and schedule of condition; periodic visits to the property can be carried out for an additional fee.
We maintain a flexible attitude, and are generally able to adapt
our service to meet our client's individual circumstances and needs, for example by providing a part only service, or alternatively by taking on additional tasks and duties.
Fee
A sum equal to 40% of the first months rent and there is NO VAT to pay.
