Every prospective tenant has individual wants and needs and we appreciate the difficulties of searching for that special place to live. Reserving the property

In order to secure a property we will require the agency fee which is 35% of the first months rent. This fee is non-refundable. The balance of the monies due (1st months rent & deposit) will need to clear on or before the day you move in.

References

We use the services of an independent referencing company to obtain and evaluate references.

Rents

Rents are normally quoted calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is usually also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. All rents are payable direct to the landlord or Bradley Residential.

Deposit

A security deposit of 5 weeks rent must be paid and will be held by a government approved scheme. This is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. Please note that under no circumstances can the deposit be used by the tenant to cover rent.

Fees

We charge 35% of the first months rent and there is NO VAT to pay.
